GREEN AERO TECHNOLOGY INC. ANNOUNCES EXCLUSIVE CANADIAN DISTRIBUTION OF CERES AIR AGRICULTURAL DRONE SYSTEMS

Strategic agreement expands Green Aero Technology’s product portfolio and brings next-generation precision application technology to Canadian agriculture

Canada – August 24, 2026Green Aero Technology Inc. (“Green Aero” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the addition of Ceres Air agricultural drone systems to its growing portfolio of advanced agricultural technologies through an exclusive distribution license for Ceres Air products in Canada.

The agreement represents an important expansion of Green Aero’s product offering and strengthens the Company’s position as a Canadian provider of advanced drone technology, training, service and support for the agricultural sector.

Ceres Air is a U.S.-based agricultural drone technology company focused on developing high-performance aerial systems for demanding agricultural and heavy-lift applications. Its next-generation platforms have been designed to combine payload capacity, application precision, advanced sensing technology and operational efficiency to address the increasingly sophisticated requirements of modern farming.

The Ceres Air product platform includes technology designed for spraying, spreading and other agricultural applications, incorporating features such as advanced LiDAR and radar-based obstacle detection, high-flow application systems, real-time flow monitoring and automated flight capabilities. These technologies are intended to provide operators with greater control and precision while increasing the efficiency of field operations.

“The addition of Ceres Air to our Canadian product portfolio represents an exciting step forward for Green Aero Technology and, more importantly, for the Canadian agricultural community,” said David Koop, President of Green Aero Technology Inc. “Canadian farmers are increasingly looking for technology that allows them to do more with greater precision, efficiency and control. Our exclusive relationship with Ceres Air gives us the opportunity to deliver cutting-edge technology to the Canadian market at exactly the right time. We believe these systems have the potential to become an important part of the next generation of precision agriculture across Canada.”

A New Era for Agricultural Drone Applications in Canada

The announcement comes at a particularly significant time for Canada’s agricultural drone industry.

On June 30, 2026, Health Canada’s Pest Management Regulatory Agency published Science Policy Document SPN2026-02, establishing a new policy framework that allows remotely piloted aircraft systems (“RPAS”), commonly known as drones, to apply pest control products that are already registered for conventional aerial application, provided the applicable registered label directions and regulatory requirements are followed.

Health Canada noted that RPAS can provide pesticide users with greater flexibility and that the available data indicate the risks associated with pesticide application by RPAS are generally similar to conventional aerial application. Health Canada also recognized the potential of RPAS technology to apply pesticides with a high degree of precision.

The policy change represents an important advancement for precision agriculture in Canada and creates a significant opportunity for technologies capable of delivering accurate, controlled and properly calibrated aerial applications.

Green Aero believes the Ceres Air platform is particularly well positioned to address this emerging opportunity. Its combination of precision application controls, real-time flow monitoring, automated flight capability, high-capacity payload systems and advanced obstacle-avoidance technology provides Canadian operators with a powerful new option as drone-based agricultural applications become increasingly integrated into Canadian farming practices.

For Canadian producers, agricultural drone technology can provide an additional application tool during periods when conventional ground equipment may be limited by wet fields, difficult terrain, crop maturity or narrow application windows. Drone-based systems can also reduce the need to move heavy equipment through established crops while providing operators with the ability to precisely manage application areas.

Building a North American Precision Agriculture Platform

The Ceres Air relationship also supports Green Aero Technology’s broader strategy of assembling a comprehensive portfolio of agricultural drone technologies capable of serving producers, custom applicators and agricultural service organizations throughout Canada and North America.

Green Aero intends to support the Canadian introduction of Ceres Air products through its established industry relationships and growing dealer and service network, providing customers with access to equipment, training, technical expertise, parts and after-sales support.

“This is about much more than adding another drone to our lineup,” added Koop. “Agriculture is entering a period where data, automation and precision application are coming together in ways that can fundamentally change field operations. The regulatory environment in Canada is evolving alongside the technology, and we intend to be at the forefront of that transition. Ceres Air gives us another important technology platform to help Canadian producers improve productivity while making increasingly precise decisions about how and where crop inputs are applied.”

Green Aero views the changing Canadian regulatory environment, combined with the scale of North American agriculture and increasing demand for precision application technologies, as a significant long-term growth opportunity.

The Company expects to provide additional information regarding the Canadian rollout of Ceres Air products, dealer availability, demonstrations, training programs and product delivery schedules as the national launch progresses.
